Hello, my name is Kelsey Hardy. This year, I will be teaching Language Arts on the seventh-grade Cyclone team. I worked in special education before joining the Londonderry Middle School staff as a long-term substitute last year. I look forward to a great year!
My name is Rachel Yakey and I'm very excited about working for the Londonderry Schools as a Reading Teacher at the Middle School. This will be my 11th year teaching. Over the years I have taught 6th grade Reading in Illinois, 7th grade ELA in North Carolina, and now Reading here in New Hampshire. I received my bachelor in English Education at Illinois State University and my master's as a Reading Specialist at Appalachian State University. I am very excited to be a part of the LMS staff.
My name is Jessica Bisson. I am the special education teacher for the Monsoon team in 6th grade. I graduated from Plymouth State University in 2013. I was a special education assistant at Londonderry Middle School for two years, and am excited to now be working as a special education teacher this year.
Hello. My name is Courtney Cheetham and I'm so excited to join the Londonderry Middle School teaching staff as a math teacher. I previously taught 8th grade math, and 7th/8th grade academic support in Bedford, and currently serve as the high school girls basketball coach at Merrimack High School. In addition to teaching, I have a passion for wellness, and spent the last year completing a post master's degree in mental health counseling, and founded INS.p.i.r.e.d. Wellness LLC, a comprehensive wellness coaching practice in which I work with teams, and individuals to maximize their potential. When not coaching/teaching I enjoy playing any sport I can get my hands on, spending time with friends, and playing with my puppy, Princeton.
Hello Londonderry community! My name is Darci Drylie and I will be the 7th grade science teacher for the Cyclone team. I am a recent graduate from Southern New Hampshire University and received my degree in Middle School Science Education with a minor in Environmental Science. While in school, I participated in Undergraduate Research, various clubs and sports, and interned with Breakthrough Manchester as a teaching fellow for the last two summers where I taught 7th grade biology. Although this will be my first year as a teacher at Londonderry Middle School, I have spent the last two years in the school working with students and the staff. This past school year I did my student teaching with the 8th grade Tornado team, and the year before that I observed classes and meetings to complete my field hours. I am very excited to be a part of the Londonderry School District!
Hello! Welcome to the 2016/17 school year. My name is Allison Falcone and I will be joining the Tsunami Team as a case manager. I’ve been working in the Derry School District for the last four years most recently working as a Reading Teacher Assistant. I have a M.Ed in General Special Education K-12, and a certification in Learning Disabilities. I student taught at Londonderry High School and am very happy to be back in the district! Hi I am Kaitlin Shaughnessy and I am going to be the sixth grade math teacher for the Tsunami team this year. I am a recent graduate from Southern New Hampshire Univeristy with a B.A. in Middle School Math Education. I am very excited to be joining the Londonderry Middle School staff and look forward to working with all of your children this school year.
My name is Kerin Murray and I will be serving as a behavior specialist for the district. I am a proud graduate of the Londonderry School District myself! I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Assumption College, earned a Master's in Severe Special Needs from Simmons College, and did Master's coursework at Western New England University to allow me to sit and become accredited as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Prior to Londonderry, I worked at a school specializing in research and treatment for children on the autism spectrum disorder and was also a behavior specialist for another public school district. I enjoy swimming, cycling, and attempting triathlons. I live in Londonderry and am proud to be a part of the community!
Hello! My name is Samantha Dargie and this year I will be teaching English on the Hurricane team. I graduated from UNH in 2013 and chose to continue my education at Plymouth State shortly thereafter. Since then, I have worked at LMS in Special Education. I am so excited to be part of this fantastic district as a full-time teacher!
